The staff were very friendly. They provided helpful tips for local attractions. The spa had many options for relaxation. I enjoyed the pool and sauna after a long day exploring the surrounding areas.

I loved that the breakfast buffet offered numerous vegetarian options. the breakfast area remained very clean. Staff cleared tables fast. my superior double room was big with a lot of sitting area. I found that so awesome!!!
The on-site parking cost was 20 chf per day. That's quite a bit.

The staff was very helpful. They assisted with directions and recommendations for local attractions. Breakfast had a great variety. I especially enjoyed the fresh bread and the selection of cheeses. The room was spacious, and the mountain views were wonderful. The swimming pool and spa were also great.
The sofa bed was not comfortable. The pillows were not good at all, and they affected my sleep quality. The parking was difficult. The parking spots were narrow.

I enjoyed a good stay. The location is close to restaurants, a supermarket, and the train station. It is a short walk to the base of mount titlis, very convenient. I found ski rental places near the hotel. The room was clean and warm.
Breakfast lacked variety, and there was only one coffee machine available. The breakfast staff was short and not very accommodating to guests.
